“The heavy metal band “Sanity”, founded in 1995 at the Kant-Gymnasium in Spandau, will also be taking part in the Church Day. The group around Florian and Philipp changed its name in 2013 and is currently working on a new, orchestral album based on the apocalyptic revelation of John from the Bible. A foretaste of the work, which is due to be released next year, can be seen on Saturday from 11 a.m. in the Twelve Apostles Church in Schöneberg. On Friday, “Sanity” will be accompanying the “Zentrum Berlin.Zukunft.Kirche” event on the stage at the Marienkirche on Alexanderplatz from 11 a.m.”
